Our all-inclusive approach to event planning creates a more seamless experience for you and your guests. This means every element — from flowers to floor plans — are meaningfully tied together. We also offer our clients access to our thoughtfully curated collection of more than 100 inventory items, such as votive candles, arches, table numbers, and more, reducing the number of vendors you contract with. If we don’t have something you’re looking for, our team can also create custom décor items. Think custom bars, welcome signs, and beyond. Dream big!

MEET NIKKI TAYLOR

Nikki has been planning events in the New England area for nearly a decade. Ever since helping plan her 16th birthday she knew this was her calling, leading her to University of Missouri-Columbia for a B.S. in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business. She has worked under industry leaders like Preston Bailey, Rafanelli Events, and Marc Hall Design, showing her that the best events are the ones that are thoughtfully designed.

Nikki spent 5 years planning events at the Massachusetts Convention Center, specializing in outdoor events for The Lawn on D. She launched Nikki Taylor Events in 2023 to bring her own approach to event planning and design expertise to New England.

Splitting her time between Boston and Cape Cod with her beloved Pomeranian pup, Pom Brady, you can find them relaxing at the beach with friends or at home cheering on the Patriots — all with themed attire, of course.
